At Kalissi Jewels, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not fully happy with your jewellery, please review our policy below.

1. Returns Eligibility

You may request a return if:
- The item is returned within 14 days of delivery
- The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition
- The item is returned in its original packaging

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Custom or personalised jewellery
- Earrings (for hygiene reasons), unless faulty
- Items marked as final sale or non-refundable

3. Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty:
- Please contact us within 48 hours  of receiving your order
- Provide clear photos and a description of the issue

If approved, we will offer:
- A replacement, or
- A full refund, including any shipping costs

4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

2. Wait for return approval and instructions
3. Send the item back to the provided address

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.

We recommend using a tracked service, as we are not responsible for lost returns.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome.

if approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account. 

6. Exchanges

We replace items if they are defective or damaged. 
if you would like a different item, please place a new order after your return is processed. 

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your card provider or bank (processing times may vary)
